How many people can fit on a tour flight?

Our Kodiak 100 aircraft can fit 6 passengers with a total passenger weight up to 1100 lbs. for the floatplane and 1900 lbs. for the wheel plane.

What is the price for the tour?

Our 6 passenger floatplane starts with a base price for 1 passenger at $1800 and $20 for each additional passenger.*
Our 6 passengers wheel plane starts with a base price for 1 passenger at $1700 and $20 for each additional passenger.*

Example price breakdown for the float plane is as follows:
1 Passenger $1800
2 Passengers $1820 / $960 per person
3 Passengers $1840 / $613.33 per person
4 Passengers $1860 / $465 per person
5 Passengers $1880 / $376 per person
6 Passengers $1900 / $316.66 per person

Where do we meet?

The Kodiak floatplane tour will be at the Marina at the Lodge at Whitefish Lake unless a different location was coordinated with the company pilot. The address is 1380 Wisconsin Ave, Whitefish, MT 59937

The Kodiak wheel plane tour will be at the the airport of your choice.

Is our tour weather dependant?

Yes, it’s weather dependant. All our pilots have lived here for most of their lives and know the area and weather trends well. If it’s smokey, the clouds are going to degrade the quality of the tour, or other weather related phemonena, our pilot or dispatcher will get in contact with you for rescheduling the tour. If rescheduling is impossible, other options will be discussed.
